Marriage
Apply to the Health Insurance Society if the name of the insured person or a dependent has changed or you want to add a new family member as a dependent due to marriage or other reason.

| Address inquiries to: | Those employed at the Head office, Shiseido Japan, JRI, THE GINZA, GIC, KODOMOLOGY, or ETWAS, or Nasu Factory, or Osaka Factory, or Ibaraki Factory, or Kurume Factory, or IPSA, or PFJ, or EFFECTIM, or Ettusais, or Shiseido Parlor, or ＳＩＢ, or Shiseido Creative should submit the required documents to the Astech Contact Desk. Others may submit them to their own HR sections.
