Dependents other than spouses aged 20 to under 35 who are members of the health insurance society as of April 1
* Those who are no longer eligible for dependents as of the date of consultation are not eligible. Please note that you will be responsible for all the costs of the medical examination if you are not covered.

②You cannot receive a medical examination after losing your qualification.
Even if you are eligible for a medical examination as of the date of application, you will not be able to receive a medical examination if you have lost your qualification as a member of the Shiseido Health Insurance Society as of the day of your application.
When applying or changing the consultation date, please be careful about whether or not you are eligible for membership.
